Hot Breakfast and Lunch INCLUDED every day in your stay. Our general store, located 5 minutes away, will make you fresh egg sandwiches, pastries, and coffee. For lunch, come in and get fresh made subs or our famous brick oven pizza slices. A perfect getaway for couples, friends, or family in every season. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, ice skating and boating on serene Sadawga Lake. It's a quick drive to skiing at Mount Snow, shopping and dining in Wilmington, and direct access to the VAST trail.

HeART Barn Retreat

Peaceful, romantic retreat in this stunningly large and magical barn. This 1850's historic remodeled barn apartment is nestled into hundrends of acres of Nature Conservency. Many old maple and pine trees, hiking trails and breathtaking views will welcome you along the the drive here. If you'd like to book a healing retreat I offer Reiki sessions to guests. Inquire when you book. *Mount Snow is 35 minutes away. Okemo, Stratton, Bromley and Magic is 1 hour away and Stratton is 1 hour away.

To enjoy all Vermont has to offer we are only 30 minutes from Mt Snow and 45 from Stratton with the towns of Wilmington & Dover peppered along the way. Come make memories to last a lifetime!

Rustic Cabin in foothills of Green Mountains

Rennsli Cabin is off grid + nestled on a forested plateau in the foothills of the Green Mountains. You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, unplugged and able to regenerate. Kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials, water, coffee, tea, milk, fresh eggs + homemade soap. It has an indoor compost toilet, outhouse + outdoor shower (May-Oct) Most seasons, the cabin is 100ft from parking, but weather conditions may require an 800 ft walk from parking at main house.

The Hideaway Camp

The Hideaway Camp is a very private cabin on a 100 acre property. There are hiking/x country ski trails on the property and close access to the VAST trails. A scenic 20 acre pond for kayack and canoeing and a brook with a rustic cocktail deck overlooking it. the Jacksonville General store is 2 minutes away and it is warm and friendly with all the groceries you might need. The cabin is well stocked for cooking and with high speed internet you can WFH or stream favorite shows.

Explore the Deerfield River Valley and Hoosac Range from this tranquil base. Close to skiing, snow tubing, snowshoeing, hiking, birding, kayaking, white-water rafting, fly fishing, zip lines, and more. Like bikes? Amazing gravel, road, and MTB offerings await. Seek culture? Mass MOCA, Clark Art Institute, Northampton, Shelburne Falls, and the Berkshires are a short drive away. Covered bridges, farm stands, sugar shacks, and waterfalls are too plentiful to count!

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. Fall asleep to chirping bugs and wake up to birdcalls. This is a quiet, lovely cabin in Newfane VT. Read a book, walk the meditation circle, swing in the hammock, and explore all that Southern VT has to offer. Close to swimming holes, hikes, country stores, flea and farmers' markets, and ski mountains (Mt Snow and Stratton) Pets and children are welcome, but there is only one queen bed.

Escape the noise and come relax in the middle of the beautiful Berkshire Hills. This classic log cabin has been recently renovated so that you can unwind and connect to the picturesque landscape that envelopes this property. You can drive 30 minutes west to North Adams and visit Mass Moca or 30 minutes east to Northampton, Amherst & Hadley. (Please note, 1/2 of the bedrooms is an open loft).

Ski Ready! Play Area, Crib, 11 Acre Farmhouse

Welcome to our beloved family home away from home. We call it Carley Farmhouse after the Vermonters who built it 200 years ago. The home is nestled on a quiet country road above Lake Sadawga. It's a retreat for families, young children, loved ones and friends, and pets. Every season is special here, from blazing fires during ski season to the twinkling fireflies in June.

Apartment on Main Street

One bedroom apartment with kitchenette (mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes etc.), full bathroom with laundry, and open living space. I am an English teacher, so there are lots of books! Apartment is located in the Village of Saxtons River- within easy walking distance from the Market, Vermont Academy, our new Park, and Main Street Arts.

Walk to Village/Lake Whitingham

The garage apartment is comfortable, clean and pet-friendly. Great for weekend getaways; we are just a stroll away from the lake or the village and a short drive to Mount Snow. The Moover is a local free bus to Mount Snow ski resort, Brattleboro and Bennington and is easily accessible at the traffic light.
