Built in 2017, this comfortable and tranquil getaway includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a cedar-lined shower, electric in-floor heat, a wood stove, warm pine siding throughout, and a spacious sleeping loft. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

Peaceful Little Pine River Retreat | Screen Porch

Great Up North cabin in a serene and peaceful setting nestled among the trees along Little Pine River. Some have said they feel as though they’re in a treehouse. Two kayaks and a few tubes are available for guests to use, or sit in a chair in the river and cool off. Enjoy the views and sounds of the river and wildlife while sitting by the fire pit, on the cozy deck or in one of the 2 screened in porches. If you feel like being more social, Crosslake is only about a 5 mile drive.

Partridge Lake - Hot Tub, Swim, Fish, Snomobile!

Newly renovated, modern cabin. Your family will love the clear water! The lake is shallow and sandy by our property and perfect for kids to swim in summer. Pontoon may be used for an extra charge, reach out for more info. Hot tub available October-May, overlooking the lake. Robes to enjoy the hot tub provided during winter season. Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

Bike or stroll (or snowmobile!) straight into the town of Nisswa, home to shops, great coffee, and unique places to eat. In the warmer months, you might even see some turtles racing downtown!
