KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

A beautiful and quiet place in the country!

Bring the whole family to this great place, with lots of room for fun. We are minutes from the Suwanee music park & historic Live Oak. You will have eggs from our chickens, goats to feed here at our great family farm. A beautiful fire pit for evening fun. With a bar-b-que provilion equipped with charcoal grills and a great outside dinning table. We have a beautiful outside shower and a new 3 cage frisbee golf course and the evening stars are spectacular, with the sounds of nature everywhere.

Our River House

Comfortable river home with beautiful views of the Historic Suwannee River. Experience what the Florida natives saw in their times, unspoiled Florida wilderness. Stairs lead down to the river. Large porch to relax on both open and under roof with an additional screen porch to relax on the swing and watch the river go by. From the porch access a screened room overlooking the river and enjoy games of Darts and Billiards, or you can utilize the grill and kitchen and prepare any meal you need.

Deerwood Cottage 3BR /2BA Brick Home

Peaceful 3 BR 2 BA This is your adventure headquarters! Bring the whole family, or just get away to this great place with lots of space! This house is located on an acre in a nice rural neighborhood within 1.5 miles of a great park with hiking trails, biking trails, great fishing, birdwatching, disc golf and beautiful wildlife! Within a short drive are unique to North Florida features which include the following: crystal clear springs; a national forest ; racing venues; breweries & more

Cave Divers Spring Escape, King Bed, Private Porch

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Pharmhouse

This farm house is located off the beaten path. It is a two story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths(both down stairs). You will enjoy the butterflies, peacocks that roam the neighborhood, deer and lots of birds. We are down a dirt road but 7 miles to a Walmart and restaurants. We are located very near the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park where they have small to large music festivals. There are areas, in the back yard, that say private property. Please stay away from these areas.

In the heart of North Florida and literally minutes to restaurants and attractions, the Hillside Abode will make you feel right at home in a safe and comfortable location with all the essentials you would want in a home away from home. The historic Suwannee River, Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park, Suwannee River Bicycle Association, and American Canoe Adventures are all within a five-minute walk.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Kick back in a stylish home close to restaurants and shopping malls 5 minutes away and 20 minutes away from beautiful ichetucknee springs, little river springs, Wes skiles peacock springs and many many other springs come relax and enjoy in this peaceful neighborhood. This house have been redone brand new floors bathrooms comfortable brand new beds 1 king size bed in the master and 2 new queen beds in the other bedrooms brand new 75 inch TV with brand new recliner sofas.
