The duplex is within walking distance of Hillside Village with eateries including Manny's Uptown and Dream Cafe. DART transit station at Mockingbird and US75 is 3 miles away. The Duplex is within walking distance to some quality affordable restaurants.

Read a book over your favorite drink, go for a walk down the street, or just relax in this peaceful abode. NOTE! All of the blinds close fully, for privacy.
