Lodge on the Lake is a luxurious property located in a very special position right on Lake Windermere within the Lake District National Park. Water lovers are in a perfect place, to access the lake at the bottom of the stairs leading from the decking. Nature lovers can enjoy watching the many birds and wildlife pass by. Located on White Cross Bay, the lodge is in a fantastic place to explode the Lake District and its only £2.00 by bus to any where in The Lakes.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Granary is in a rural location within the national park, near a quiet beach 2 miles from Bootle village. The Granary is attached to an old threshing barn and to the farmhouse at Little Annaside. The accommodation has been converted retaining original beams and features. There is an en suit bedroom with a double bed and stunning views of the Irish Sea and Lakeland fells. A staircase leads to kitchen/dining area and a sitting room.

West view is a luxury property located directly on Nethertown beach. It is in a tranquil area with amazing sea views. It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Please note- We no longer have a hot tub.

Fallbarrow Lodge is a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom cabin situated right on the shores of Lake Windermere. With amazing views of Windermere from our decking, you could not be closer to the water. The lodge has a contemporary open plan design and can easily accommodate six adults plus space for an infant travel cot. Fallbarrow Lodge is located in a quiet area of the award winning Fallbarrow Park, just five minutes walk from Bowness on Windermere.
