Hummingbird Cottage in Quiet Residential Arbor Heights

We are 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown with easy access to the beaches at Alki and Lincoln Park. Your quiet backyard refuge is newly remodeled with everything you’ll need for a weekend or a month. We are just a half block from the bus stop and access to Seattle’s great transit system. Whether you’re here for Business, visiting family, or on holiday, Hummingbird cottage should fill the bill. You have off street parking and the entire space to yourself, with laundry facilities and a full kitchen at your disposal. If you need a highchair or pack-n-play crib for your little one just let us know. I’ll be here to greet you (unless you come in very late), in which case I’ll give you the code for our August Bluetooth lock to get in when you arrive. We’re only 50 feet away if you need us but will give you your space if you don’t. Arbor Heights is a tranquil neighborhood halfway between the airport and downtown, plus only a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants. and parks with amazing views. Alki and Lincoln Park beaches are also easily accessible. Seattle is a good city to get around in by car but if you’re going downtown you might want to leave the car and catch the 21 bus to save the parking hassle and cost.

The Garden House is only 15-20 min drive to downtown Seattle and a 10 min drive from the airport. Plus a short 5 minute drive from a gorgeous NW beach! It comfortably accommodates a family of four with a top of the line, luxury king size bed in the bedroom and pull out queen day bed in the living area. This is a fully functioning private home with kitchen & laundry! Sip your coffee as you watch the chickens and bunnies frolic in the yard space. Plenty of parking available. Great for families!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2 Bedroom 3 bed, 3 level Townhome that is minutes away from downtown Seattle and the sport stadiums (Baseball/Soccer/Football). There is a great row of restaurants and pubs few streets away from the property. There is a great famous bakery just across the street and a Philly Cheesesteak spot that I personally go to! Easy access to the freeway North and South. No hills! Starbucks is a 2 minute drive and Costco a 5 min drive. Great local spot!

This cozy, family friendly space is an updated 1br, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen, dining area, living area with a small workstation, and private patio. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of counterspace for those who want to whip up a meal, or just display hot takeout. It's your vacation! The apartment has 1 queen bed, 1 pull-out queen, an inflatable twin mattress, and pack-n-play. The apartment is below our home, but separate and private. Know that you will hear us as we live on site.

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Enjoy your stay in beautiful West Seattle in our recently renovated guest studio complete with queen sized custom made Murphy bed, Egyptian cotton 1,000 thread count sheets and comfortable foam mattress.
