The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

Relax and unwind in the newly refurbished one bed Irishman's Cottage. The cottage retains many old features and is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!

Freyr is a charming 2-bed house located in the North Yorkshire fishing town of Whitby. The property sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms - a double and a twin both with en-suite facilities. One bathroom has a shower unit and the other has a bath with a shower over. From the front you can see down to Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church and from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside.
