Kokako Lodge

Kokako Lodge is a compact self contained haven, with upcycled rustic decor. The lodge sits on our family property of 1 acre, it has established trees and gardens. Kokako lodge is a separate abode to the main house. It has a main bedroom with a queen sized bed and a mezzanine floor above the kitchen which has 2 single or a king size bed. The walls are adorned with local artists drawings and paintings. Kokako lodge is 5 minute drive from the city and close to the Wanganui river walk. A real treasure.

It comes with a well equipped kitchen and breakfast is included. There is a smart Tv and Wifi. There is a locked garage available for storage of items such as bikes or small water craft. This quiet back section self-contained studio is great! You can just park up your car and walk the short distance to the central city shopping area, supermarket, library, museum, art gallery, cafes and restaurants. We are very close to the Belverdale Private Hospital and all Whanganui attractions are within easy reach. The studio is private and peaceful and includes a comfortable Queen bed, well-appointed kitchen, ensuite bathroom and combined living/dining area with TV
