Comfortable, 3 bedroom open plan spacious farm cottage. 1 bunk room-2 sleeping spaces, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a master bedroom, and cot with large wheel chair friendly ensuite. Farm track to the cottage is about 40 m long from the main house- re-graveled. Drive- low ratio. No smoking in the cottage.
