This studio ideally suits a single/couple.( Not suitable for children) Ohope - voted NZs favourite beach - great swimming, lovely walks close by or simply walk down the beach. Close to Whakatane - a great little town with boutique shopping and dining venues. Come and relax or take the opportunity to do charter fishing or trip to Whale Island. ENJOY!

Bright, sunny ground level studio unit, own entry, separate bathroom and outside deck. Kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge, toaster, electric jug, tea/coffee. Quiet location, easy ROW driveway off main road, no road noise. Newly decorated, parking, smart TV and Wifi. In heart of Ohope village, across the road from the beach, surf club, cafes, shops and Mexican restaurant/bar. Fairbrother loop walk and Otarawairere Bay close by. 6km drive to Whakatane, on local bus route. No smoking.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Self contained flat with everything you need including laundry set up. Open plan set up with tv, arm chair, queen bed. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, single electric hob, toasty maker, rice cooker. Kitchen sink and fridge and small freezer including dining table. With a storage cupboard and free standing chest of drawers for all your clothes. The laundry set up includes free of charge laundry powder.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooking a grassy reserve & native bush, this self contained studio features a brand new ensuite and kitchenette. Take in the beautiful view of Ohiwa Harbour and the native birdlife from the comfort of your bed or from the private deck. Make use of our kayaks and paddle board on the harbour, relax in the heated pool, or take an easy stroll over to Ohope beach for a swim. If you are into astronomy, the Whakatane Observatory is steps away from our property, open to the public Tuesday and Friday evenings.
