Before my trip, I was a bit unsure about how this reservation would turn out because of a weird encounter with another host (Yourie) who I originally booked a reservation with that had the exact same images listed as Fantasea. I’m still not quite sure what was behind that entire situation, but once I reached out to Tina she was very responsive and informed me that she was in fact the owner of this unit. I was very happy with my stay. It’s a very comfortable place in a convenient location. There is security and the property was very peaceful and serene. It made you feel like you were at a small private resort of your own. The wifi was a bit unstable at times especially if I had to use more than one device at a time, but other than that everything else was just fine. Tina’s assistant checked on me periodically to make sure everything was okay, and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is interested in having a more local experience in Negril and for longer term stays.

Had a good stay overall. The space itself is very quiet and relaxing. The one issue I ran into was being racially profiled by security who followed me around and asked if I was really a resident, even after I showed them my keys they were disrespectful. I found them hanging out in the backyard near my bedroom window and asked them to move and they were rude and disrespectful. But I spoke to their manager and it was addressed. Besides that frustrating experience, I had a good experience here overall.

Our stay at Bridgettes loft was excellent. We felt at home immediately and everyone we met was really friendly. Her son was also very helpful about the area and full of great information. Everything you need for the perfect stay. A short walk to the main street and 7 mile beach right across the street. The peiple in the neighbourhood madw you feel like a local as well. We hope to return next year. Thank you Bridgette and Avi for a great stay and memorable vacation.

Susan’s villa is everything you’d expect from her pictures and details. Absolutely no complaints with the villa, yard, pool, and close neighbours. The only issue we’ve had in the 2 years staying at south sea is the homeowners by the only beach decided to rudely remove the only tree/shade there. Quite disappointing and heartbreaking for future guests. Besides that, Susan is a highly reputable businesswoman and will take care of her guests.

Debra upgraded us to her other villa called "Soon Soon" as one of her regular visitors wanted ours and it was wonderful as you walk right out onto the veranda and onto the 7-mile beach. We had Michelle looking after us, who made great food each day. Just buy the groceries and she will cook, no need to go out to eat at all. Other reviews have said the property is dated - we didn't think it was, everything worked and the location is to die for. Others have mentioned the bar next door but it did not bother us and music was always off by 9pm. Debra was very accommodating and a great host, we will definitely be visiting again soon.

Had a beautiful 10 day stay!! Everything was as described, can’t wait to return. Definitely a home away from home and close to everything. Thank you again Ashleigh for everything!! 😎

An amazing house with a fantastic location- a true gem!

I’ve been to Negril 5 times in the last year. Love staying at The Point/Point Village. It’s quiet, relaxing, has 2 beaches, security, and a guy that makes breakfast and lunch on site. Trudyann’s place is great for 2 people. The kitchen has a lot more than most airbnbs I’ve been to. Great price for the location and amenities.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Summers Dream in Negril. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, offering a chill and secure environment. We particularly enjoyed the private beach and the community pool, which provided great options for both relaxation and fun. The townhouse itself was spotless and equipped with all the modern amenities we expected, making our stay comfortable and convenient. We appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into maintaining the property. Overall, Summers Dream exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable vacation spot in Negril.

The place was clean and as pictured. If you’re sensitive to noise i recommend you don’t stay in an adjoining room eg villa 4&5. The rummaging and tv noise from the neighboring villa was annoying and made sleeping in uncomfortable. The kitchen utensils could be improved as there were no sharp knives or scissors but I’m sure if i asked the staff would have obliged. The grounds were clean, quiet and as pictured. The beach area is as pictured (lovely) and on the property, this is wasn’t immediately clear to me, so it’s worth mentioning. Jack, the caretaker, was extremely pleasant to interact with. Lastly the directions linked on the Airbnb site is WRONG. Ask for directions. I would book again!

Awesome, Beautiful, Amaaazzing!!! There's No One Word To Describe Your Home. My Family And I Were Speechless, the pictures on the site doesn't do any Justice for the House. Every window has an Awesome View, to wake up every morning to view the Ocean...Priceless!!! Thank You for Welcoming Us into your home. Now we know where we're staying whenever we come back home. WOW! What a host and great stay at Dawns place. Dawn was always there whenever we needed her. Stellar communication! The apartment was a quaint and quiet space with the little privacy wall and all. Felt just like a one bedroom / studio. This community had a lot of elderly people who were just simply relaxing. The beach was a five minute walk and it’s next to a nude beach. However, Grand Lido is in the opposite side full of families and fun! The TV was a bit hard to figure out. No worries Dawn gave me step by step directions to turn it on. She said she would put instructions up for the next guest. The apartment is on The third floor and the light in the hall was out. The rock pool was great. Just be careful of the little sea urchins cradling the side walls. The shower is on the small side and it’s enclosed with glass. The space had two balconies one for standing the other was to relax on. This apartment did not disappoint my husband and I at all. I missed my flight and Dawn welcomed me

This property is stunningly beautiful. The caves were so much fun to explore and the snorkelling was great on calm days. The house is rustic and full of character. The dogs, Dory and Jupiter, were fantastic hosts, making us feel so welcome and loved! Jonathan and Jake were super responsive. My only suggestion is that a queen sized bed in the second bedroom would be a lovely addition. Thanks for everything - we would love to return!!

It was a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Steps away from the private beach. Fully equipped home and kitchen. Loved my stay.

We had an excellent stay here. The appartment in a cute colourful house was cozy and had everything we needed, including a small kitchen with supplies. Cleanliness was also really good. The location is indeed perfect if you want to spend a lot of time on the beach, as the beach and great swimming spots are just across the street. The area of the appartment felt safe, and a grocery store is just a short walk away. There are also a kiosk, restaurant, and giftshops right on the property. The atmosphere on this family run small complex is lively, kind, and comfortable. Present at the premisis was miss Sharon, a powerlady who checked us in and was available if needed. There were also other services that friends and family of the host offered, such as reliable cab driving/excursions, for which we can recommend Kevin.

We had an amazing stay at Marvette’s Hideaway! From the very start, Marvette’s communication was fantastic and checkin instructions were very clear. She made sure everything we needed was available, allowed guests to checkin early and kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable. The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. We felt taken care of from beginning to end. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed getaway!

This place was simply amazing! Maggie was available and helpful throughout our stay. The pool, rock pool and beach are beautiful. The on site restaurant, Miguel, is fabulous. He is a very good chef and his prices won’t break your budget. The kitchen in the room is fully stocked with microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, washing machine and pantry items. The balcony offers a beautiful view. The grounds are great to walk around, filled with beautiful flowers and wildlife. It was very safe. The air conditioning is delightful. If we return to Negril, we would definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved it!

Our group of six just spent five wonderful days at Maison Bleu. The staff and host made really made the trip memorable for us, nevermind the beautiful setting and amazing sunsets. Thank you to Junior, Tony, Roger, and Natalie for taking such wonderful care of us. And also to Kendra for being so communicative and helping to arrange transportation to several excursions and quickly answering all of our questions. This is a great spot if you're looking for something a bit quieter than the real big tourist areas and resorts. You will be well cared for and feel refreshed. Thank you again to our new friends at Maison Bleu!

Daniel was a great host. Communicative and helped us when we needed it. The spot is great. Right across the street front the beach. Powerful AC, very comfy beds, and fast internet, and good shower pressure/hot water. We felt safe and secure. Would recommend his spot to my friends in the future. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Gatehouse Villa exceeded our expectations! Tony, Pauline and Julie are all so helpful and welcoming. I came with my elderly mother and we both felt so comfortable here immediately. Pauline is a godsend and a fantastic cook. She has such a kind heart and it was so nice to have someone here to just keep an ear out for my mom when I would run to the store. We shared lots of great conversation and I enjoyed learning about our host and hostesses. We always felt safe here. If you want to be RIGHT on the beach in a semi-private location do not hesitate! I say semi-private because there is a bar on the property that is open to other vacationers, but there is no riff-raff. I cant imagine staying anywhere else on 7 Mile.
