New construction, modern amenities and craftsman touches by the owner. Rental includes main cottage (3 BR, 2 bath) and guest cottage (1 BR, 0 bath). ADA Friendly. Memorial Day + Labor Day weekends are 3 day minimums, in between those two weekends (summer) we rent Friday to Friday for a 7 night rental.
