This is a new cosy flat in a nice and quite part of Kenmore. It is a part of two story Hampton style house. The unit has it own access, ensuite, Aircon reverse cycle and double bed. It has a small fridge and kitchenette so you can store food and prepare your meals. The washing machine is outside in the patio area. Five minute drive to Kenmore Plaza, Koala Santuary, and Centanary hightway. Nine km to Brisbane CBD. Bus stop to the City via Indooroopilly is about 900m away. Street parking.

The is cottage fully furnished and has everything you will need including air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, two large spacious bedrooms. The resident Border Collie will no doubt greet you enthusiastically. Please do not allow him in the house or feed him.

This is a very quiet street, great for writing, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
