The Dairy at Bortons Farm is a self-contained annexe attached to the rear of the farmhouse. 15 minutes drive from Southwold, it offers a peaceful rural location but near to the beautiful beaches of Southwold and the busy market town of Beccles. We have 2 bedrooms, a shower room, two toilets and a fully fitted kitchen plus washing machine. Wifi throughout. Enclosed, secure garden. The living area has TV with Amazon Fire TV stick. All modern facilities; wet room, underfloor heating, etc. Nestled in a historic market town, (Gateway to The Southern Broads) full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, outdoor lido and boating. Great public transport links and only 20 minutes drive to the Suffolk coast/Norwich City.

The hut consists of a ground floor living room and bedroom with a second mezzanine bedroom, accessed by ladder. Both bedrooms have king-sized mattresses. The living room has a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 extra guests if required. There is a canopy covered dining/cooking area with a four-ringed gas stove. Lit by solar lights in the evening. The lighting is powered by solar with four fast-charging USB sockets. There is free wifi. There are shared, wood-fired showers, compost loos, peaceful.

The ground floor has a polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, a galley kitchen and wet room with a Moroccan plastered shower. Upstairs is the attic bed/sitting room.
