Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Στη Βυτίνα, που συνδυάζει την κοσμικότητα με την ησυχία και την επαφή με την ιδιαίτερη και αναζωογωνητική φύση λόγω της θέσης και του υψόμετρου, εκεί φτιάξαμε το σπίτι μας. Ήταν ένα πετρόχτιστο σπίτι, κι εμεις το ανακαινίσαμε με τον πιο σύγχρονο τρόπο αλλά διατηρώντας την αρχική όψη. Εκεί ζει κανείς την απόλυτη ηρεμία και ελευθερία αφού η απόσταση απο την πλατεία, τα μονοπάτια στην καταπράσινη βλάστηση και η επίσκεψη σε άλλα διάσημα χωριά, είναι μια "ανάσα"
