Located at a relatively quiet part of the island, known as a prominent fishing area. Some of the best seafood restaurants are located on the same street (Zeerovers and Flying Fishbone).

Our 1928 Victorian-style home is on Main Street in Wellington! This offers the convenience of walking out your front door & enjoying our charming village by the water & all it has to offer. Our Sail Loft duplex features two separate but identical efficiency suites, each one equipped with a King Sized bed, bath and kitchenette. The pool is shared with guests who may be staying in the other side. Wander down to the dock and use our SUPs and kayaks in the canal where you are guaranteed to see turtles. Fast WiFi lets you work from home if you must. Smart TVs with Netflix help you wind down after a day of fun.

Waterfront Guesthouse I on the Rappahannock

The “Bay House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has a beautiful Bay view and includes access to our private beach & dock (w/ guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath w/ jetted tub, covered patio and carport. The 2nd floor features a large bedroom, king bed and 1/2 bath.
