We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Modern self contained studio (stand alone) with one Queen bed. Kitchen facilities with Convection/Microwave Oven and Electric fry pan. Small fridge. Bathroom with toilet, shower, including hair dryer. TV, Netflix, wifi available. The studio has bi fold doors to outside area. Heat pump to provide cool air or heat. The studio is accessible through a pin pad/locked gate at main property entrance. Parking is available on property. Convenient location to all of Tga/Mount attractions.

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place - separate lounge, dining, bedroom and bathroom. Big screen TV with Netflix in cosy lounge. Outside covered seating to enjoy eating or watching the starry sky at night. Park-like grounds and birdsong during the day. Our location in semi-rural Welcome Bay puts you in easy reach of the surrounding Tauranga/Mt Maunganui/Papamoa/Te-Puke areas ( about 15-20 mins drive). Only 1 hours drive to Rotorua. 50 minutes to Hobbiton.

A lovely two bedroom apartment. Bedroom one is a studio room with kitchette, couches and dining and courtyard. A second spacious bedroom with second TV. A large fully tiled bathroom. Walk two minutes to the beach and Marine Parade walk and bike way. The guest suite is on the downstairs floor and is very private. We are right on Moa park with your own gate. Off-street parking is available. Close to central parade and the Mount attractions, this is a beautiful guest suite by the beach!

Suitable singles, couples and business. Hosts are fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and require guests to be similarity vaccinated as a condition of any booking. ‘A Stone’s Throw’ Papamoa Beach Studio, 200m>Beach

Modern Beach Studio with own separate ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. There is another door in the Studio that you can keep locked but enables you to access garage if you wish to store anything. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. Approx 6 kms to Bayfair shopping. Quiet location.

Absolute beach front location on the dunes of stunning Mount Maunganui beach. No additional cleaning charges. This one bedroom spacious guest suite is ideal for a couple wanting a beach break at the Mount. Recently, renovated with a relaxing neutral beach vibe. The guest suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach.
