Welcome to this incredibly spacious Victorian house, set in its own grounds only a few minutes walk from the centre of Todmorden, with sauna and outdoor shower! This is our family home that we want to offer for a large family gathering (no stag or hen dos!). We will share proper photos with you if you contact us. 7 bedrooms, 5 with king size or super king size beds, the other 2 with bunks. One of the bedrooms is part of a self contained annex (see our other listing), connected to the main house

Set at the foothills of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, sleeping up to 12 guests, combining luxury with total seclusion. The ground floor accommodation is extremely stylishly appointed with a large, open-plan living/dining room which features Jacobean-style painted wall panelling as a stunning backdrop. Stone mullion windows, beamed ceilings, oak floors and doors lend a sense of rustic charm to the fabric of the building and yet there is every modern amenity. There is access to wooded and landscaped gardens with long-reaching views of the surrounding countryside and a private area to sit and enjoy the location.

This cottage is set back off the road making it a great private secluded cottage which feels miles away from anyone while being close enough to local pubs, shops and great walks. It is completely private with the hottub available to use in the private garden until 10pm. This cottage has a great sauna inside also for you enjoy.
