You are surrounded by The Flashes, Frensham Common and Hankley Common which are simply beautiful. You can swim at Frensham Great Pond, bring the bikes, walk the dog/s, explore the local area and the excellent pubs. Just relax and enjoy!

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Oakwoods, much built in Medieval times, has been lovingly restored by "Grand Designer (Ch 4)" - Monty. Great garden swing. There is a cinema room, minstrels gallery, grand piano, walk-on glass well, open fires, warm brickwork, low beams & panoramic views. Board games, darts and ping pong, plus yoga instructor (by appointment). All around are fields & forests, magical walks and wildlife. Extra guests possible, please ask. Car charging at 3kw is possible at cost.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Ideal for relaxing or recharging after big local events.

Unique converted water tank with cinema space

This is a unique place to stay - a converted water tank over 2 levels, built in 1909 for water storage. We've renovated it over the years, adding full-height windows and a sunken garden. There are 2 bedroom spaces, with twin beds and a double sofa bed, divided by blackout curtains and a room screen. The kitchenette has an induction hob and microwave; only internal walls are in the bathroom and utility.
