Welcome to Homey Hideaway! You'll feel at home in this open floor plan with a living/dining room, complete kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom with shower and washer and dryer. We built with sound proofing in mind. We do live in the rest of the house and you will hear us. A safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access from I-82 and Rt. 240. Centrally located, just minutes from most Tri-Cities attractions, the Convention Center, hospitals, the airport, and major local employers.

The Cozy Library is a private, peaceful retreat for book lovers and slow evenings. Walk to the Columbia River trail; 5 minutes to downtown Richland, PNNL, Kadlec, WSU; 15 minutes to wineries, airport. This quiet garden-level suite has its own private entrance (we live upstairs) and feels tucked away among trees, yet close to everything. There is a lovely patio with a nice view of Candy Mountain. The kitchen and adjoining BBQ patio are a convenient space to relax and prepare a nice meal.

South Richland Cottage

Tastefully decorated and fully stocked house. Located in a great central location with easy access to all points in the Tri-Cities and close to walking paths, hiking trails, Columbia River and wineries. Televisions with DirecTV service, DVR, and wi-fi. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Pots, pans, dishes, linens, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay.
