There is a huge garden with dedicated spots for a bonfire. You can truly enjoy the silence surrounded by nature. There are unlimited forests around, ideal areas for running, walking, or cycling. We extended the offer for SPA. There is Finish Sauna, Steam room, and rest area available for you to relax

On the approx. 3750m² large, dreamlike property there are two houses, the villa SEEhochDrei and the apartment SEEhochDREI. Furthermore, there is an outdoorsauna (biosauna) and an outbuilding as a sports and fitness room. The sauna opens to the large garden pond with a view of Lake Jamno. At the lake directly there is a jetty, which invites to fishing and water sports, for example with the rowing boat or the two existing SUP's, which are available to the guests free of charge.
