Kids will love the attic room with the pull out sofa and TV. The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook a meal.

Closest trail access is less than a mile, we're a 5 minute drive or 10 min bike to downtown Golden and breweries are just 1 mi away. Skiing is max 1 hr from our door.
