Securely located in gardens of family home, ideal for exploring Clarkson’s Farmer’s Dog pub/shop, Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Bourton on the Water, Bibury, Stow, Burford, Slaughters, Bicester Village. Large kitchen/diner, downstairs toilet & v. spacious dining room & lounge. Outdoor patio seats. 2 double bedrooms - access to second room via the first & thru a smaller room (with the red futon), so best for families/good friends.

The Dacha is a luxury countryside retreat for two in Asthall. Unwind in your private garden with fire pit and covered verandah, then enjoy evening hot tub (6–10pm) in a secluded courtyard just across the driveway. NB Apologies hot tub is not available over christmas 23/24/25 December. Stroll to the Three Horseshoes or Jeremy Clarkson’s Farmer’s Dog nearby. Ideally located for exploring the Cotswolds, Diddly Squat Farm, Daylesford, and Blenheim Palace. High-speed WiFi. No disposable BBQs please.

Surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside, within walking distance of Blenheim Palace and an easy train, bus or car ride into Oxford.

The Barn is a pretty Cotswold-stone building in a quiet village. A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Garden studio annexe with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 (double bed and sofa beds). Essentials provided. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

Peaceful and with stunning views, you will find Hoarstone Cottage the perfect place from which to enjoy everything that the Cotswolds countryside has to offer with a wealth of walks, cycle routes, bridleways and wildlife right outside your window. You will also find yourself within easy reach of plenty of renowned towns, such as Burford, Woodstock, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, all of which will enable you to enjoy a fantastic Cotswold holiday.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Our comfortable and spacious guest house is tucked away on a quiet private road in the heart of the picturesque market town of Charlbury. Just a few minutes’ walk from charming local pubs serving delicious food and drinks. A perfect base for exploring nearby villages and Cotswold attractions, including Soho Farmhouse, Diddly Squat Farm, and Daylesford. Only a 8-minute walk to the train station, with direct mainline services to London Paddington.
