Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Garden Retreat is 2 mins walk from a local pub/restaurant. Bournemouth’s award winning sandy beaches are about 15 minutes away by car. Adjoining our main property Sid’s Place is totally independent and a perfect place to catch up with nature and get away from busy life!

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
