Newly constructed apartment just completed October 2018. Located in the lower level of our 100 year old historic home. The Lions Den is a cozy hideaway for travelers to call home. Guests enter the apartment through a lovely garden with fountain. There is private entrance and porch to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. We provide beverages and pumpkin bread and other conveniences. If you are traveling with more than 2 you may also book Lions Rest next door. We also include home tour.

Newly constructed cottage near downtown Memphis. The entire space is private and includes a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, Keurig, & microwave. This studio apartment features a queen sized bed, flat screen smart tv with access to free cable or login to your own favorite tv subscriptions. You will never run out of hot water as the unit includes a tankless water heater! Maybe one of the most attractive features of this cottage is the spacious covered front porch.

Pegasus Lair is an upstairs unit. Spacious, 1200 ft. Well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. We live next door, and are generally available. Only 7 minutes by auto from downtown. Close to most attractions, entertainment and interstate. Street parking easily available in front of unit. Pet friendly. This is an first floor unit but does have stairs up to the building in front. Spacious 1,000 sq ft, well appointed, comfortable, and soothing. Street parking easily available in front or private parking for one vehicle in back.

We are near an International Airport and a railroad, so if you are accustomed to total silence, this may not be ideal for you.
