This is a self contained and is the residential part of a barn conversion. It consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs. One with a super king size bed. The other with 2 single beds. Downstairs there is a study/single bedroom, a large sitting room, large kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The indoor swimming pool is across a courtyard and is 10x5m. Guests are welcome to use the garden.There are free range hens, ducks and peacocks. Private parking. No smoking. EV charger available at cost of £0.55kWh.

When the day is done, head upstairs to comfortable bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms and high quality linens.

Situated in the private gated residential area of the park, it is surrounded with the most gorgeous scenic landscape of the Ribble Valley. Located on a quiet cul de sac away from the main entertainment area but only a short walk to get there if needed. The caravan has 1 double bedroom & 2 twin bedrooms. A travel cot is available on request. Please not entertainment passes are not included. These can be purchased ( if needed ) on arrival from reception.
