Visiting from San Diego and we just absolutely loved this place and the location! Very clean and spacious!! Outside patio area is beautiful and perfect for having a pup! We really enjoyed using the fire pit area in the evening. Everything is walkable from beaches to shops and restaurants! We will be back for sure!

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

The Cali Blue Bus was the perfect base setup for a weekend music festival I attended. The area was super quiet when I returned each evening. It was a very neat and unique experience for sure. You can hear and see the ocean out of the windows or close the curtains and have plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend it for people to stay.

Great location close to the beach. Kitchen well stocked! Plenty of towels. Comfy beds and a washer and dryer was great. Street noise is loud, but you can’t hear it inside or by the ocean! Lots of nice extra touches, sleep masks, ear plugs, sound machines. Beach toys were great for the kids!! Our family of 8 had plenty of spots to sit, eat and sleep!

Great beach location, very spacious, two private parking spots and walkable to everything in Seal Beach. Each bedroom had a bathroom. The building is a work-in-progress. The amenities (kitchen, bathrooms) are definitely older but everything worked and what was nice were the bed linens and towel. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. There is a laundry room with W/D. Fun family place or for 3 couples!

Lilith is truly an amazing and caring host who is willing to help in any way she can. This was my second time booking this reservation because it is the perfect stay for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to booking again soon.

Our return stay at California Dreamin’ was just as relaxing and fun as our first visit. The home is spacious and comfortable, and is well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked (chocolates and dog treats!) Susan is a responsive and helpful host, and the location is unbeatable—easy walk to beaches and downtown (if you can tear yourself away from the balcony!) We’ll be back again.

Tyler was a great host, very responsive to all our question and concerns. Tyler went above and beyond to all of our questions. The proerty was on the perfect location right on the beach while still private. Perfect for the children to play safely with plenty of sand toys. And the hot tub was a hit with the older kids. Our family really loved our spring break vacation. We cant wait to plan our next vacation stay with Tyler again. I must give Tyler kudos for how quickly he responded when the washer broke, he even took our wet laundry to the cleaners and returned our clean clothes back the same day. ❤️

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this exact Airbnb due to a maintenance issue. But Larry did everything he could do to make sure I had appropriate accommodation, was easy to communicate with, and even still gave me access to the sauna and rooftop pool. Thanks for helping me have a great trip Larry!

Anna was a great host—very responsive and attentive. Her home was spotless and a fantastic deal for the location! Easy, walkable access to the whole property. Will definitely return!

Everything was great! I stayed for a night and the host was very sweet. The place is as advertised. Clean and with a stunning view. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Yese was a very responsive and helpful host. The building is huge but very quiet and we hardly saw anyone in the hallway. The apartment was very clean. Safe and convenient location for a mother and teen traveling - easy access to the local freeway, Ralph Supermarket and Starbucks were a 5 min walk away. The parking lot was a bit of a maze but once you drive through once or twice, you know where to go and which elevators to take. The only con is the pillows! The mattress was very comfortable but the pillows need to be updated/upgraded. Overall, a great stay.

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

We loved our Manhattan Beach stay! The location is a dream, just a short distance from the beach and convenient to LAX and SoFi Stadium (we were in town for a show). The standout feature is of course the patio, which is so lovely and peaceful. We had all the amenities we needed and more, and Monaka and Kraig were responsive, friendly, and helpful. WiFi on the patio wasn’t strong enough for me to have reliable video calls, so I took those inside—just note there is not an indoor table for working inside. Not a problem since I was only working there for a day and I sat on the comfortable couch. I would definitely stay here again and wish I had been there longer! Kraig helped us with parking which was a huge relief.

Shirley's Long Beach house was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! Location wise, you are only a few minutes from down town Long Beach and some great dining options, but you are also directly across the street from one of Long Beach's great public parks and you can get from the kitchen to the beach before your coffee even has time to cool off. There is a bit of traffic right outside the front door, but there was no honking and little revving when we were visiting. As for the amenities, they did a fantastic job of stocking the rooms with plenty of towels and any consumables you may need, including laundry detergent and coffee. They also provided some free waters and cookies which was very kind. The sheets and bed are the only areas that could use some improvement. The sheets were rather scratchy and the comforter was very warm for a room with limited air flow, but they were clean and pressed, so I can't complain too much. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

We had a short stay at Toan’s place but it was lovely. Nice quiet location, easy parking. The Long Beach convention center is about 20-25 minutes away. Sunset beach across the street was nice and quiet. We requested some household supplies and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. TV options were great for relaxing at night. Mark was very helpful and responded very rapidly to any questions we had. having a designated parking spot was amazing. would definitely stay again.

This is easily the favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Only reason I contemplated leaving a review, is because I don’t want others to fill the slots 😂😂 Will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the hosts!

This property is beautiful. This is a good spot if you want somewhere close to the ocean but far enough away from the crowded tourist streets. The house was clean and matched the description and pictures. The 2 car garage is almost essential in Long Beach (coming from a local) and fit a small suv and sedan. The host(s) provided all the information we needed and there were no issues during our stay. We would definitely come back.

Beautifuly designed and updated home, was perfect for us four adults and my 3 young grandchildren, will look forward to the return! And the owner was available by phone to answer my questions upon arrival, thank you to your team!

The location is incredible. Located on the second floor right on the Strand, this unit offers spectacular sunsets every night. The Manhattan Beach Strand is like no other. It feels unique in how safe it feels even at night. While I’m sure it is a tourist destination the Strand and the people that use it have a small town feel. The town is full of more restaurants than you’ll ever be able to enjoy. You can rent bikes just a few blocks away. The pier is just over a mile away and the perfect morning or sunset walk. And then, of course, the beautiful beach is steps away. We came here as refugees from the Pacific Palisades fire and found Manhattan Beach and the apartment to be just the refuge we needed.
