This is a great place to stay. It’s lovely and very conveniently located for the town of guilford and the beach. It’s like staying at a friend’s place, an extremely thoughtful friend who has considered what would make you feel comfortable and welcomed. This is our second stay here and it is one of our favorite air B&B experiences. Jeanne is so considerate and responsive, and has the house perfectly prepared. Stay here if you can.

Nice ground floor apartment across the street from the beach and 2 blocks from the state park. Love the outdoors. And Delores and her brother were amazing. Friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Cannot thank Stephen enough for taking care of us after a major mess up. We were able to get in and relax and enjoy. So grateful for all he did for us on a graduation weekend.

Very comfortable. See through shades in bedroom and living area needed to be not so see through. Also could have used a dresser in the bedroom. Hard to get in and out of the driveway. We had a pickup. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Went for a weekend getaway and it truly is overlooking the water. Was very peaceful, clean, and had thoughtful design. The beach is a walkable distance and feels private. Would recommend for a couple with kid(s).

Rented this for six weeks while working in the area, was perfect. I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space everything you could possibly need even down to the toothpaste and brushes, you could seriously just show up completely unprepared and you would have an excellent stay. If I am back in the area for long term again this will be my first search.

My stay at Lisa’s was great! I had my own space that was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the location and setting and was right at home.

We enjoyed our stay! Such easy access to the beach was so convenient. You’re definitely better off venturing out after high tide to enjoy the most amount of beach and there are a lot of shells that make being barefoot challenging. We did arrive after major storms which could have contributed to that. The house was spotless with everything you need to be comfortable! We did not utilize the outdoor space but definitely would have if the weather was drier! Definitely would stay here again.
