The Coach House

The Coach House is located on our mountain top horse and lavender farm. We offer youth summer camps so are set up for fun outdoor adventures and activities. Have fun with our horses, goats, and chickens! You can take a 10 min walk over to Nonno's Restaurant for wine/pizza/BBQ and bacchi ball, or take an 8 min drive into Los Gatos, or 15 min to Santa Cruz for the beach and some of the best restaurants and spas around!. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, kids, & behaved dogs!

(Price includes 10% bed tax & no cleaning fee!) The "barndominium" tiny house is a cozy, welcoming & unique space just steps away from Ferndale’s restaurants, shops, hiking trails and live music. Our location means you can park the car and walk to all Ferndale has to offer. Enjoy our peaceful creekside half acre and garden atrium. Great stop to explore the redwoods & hiking. Beach, 5 miles. Magnolia Vineyard Winemakers Cottage

Located on a hill near well-known wineries is Magnolia Vineyard Wine Makers Cottage. There are expansive views from the deck overlooking our Vineyard, oak-studded hillside, and city lights beyond. This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Lavender rows blooming below the paddock fence fragrant the air during the summer months and available for harvesting. Outdoor seating to enjoy the mornings, a little ocean view and sunsets. The Navarro Beach estuary is just a few miles away for walking or wading. No Wifi creating a true country experience which we think you'll enjoy offering solitude, disconnecting and reinventing.
