For the kids there is a 4th bedroom with a bunker bed. The bedrooms are downstairs. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are on the same level. There is a build in braai on the balcony. Outside is a swimming pool, another build in braai and deck with sun beds. and a full solar panel system is installed. A 9 hole golf course is on estate.

The master bedroom has an extra-large king-size bed and lovely bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds with en-suite bathroom with shower only.

Open plan kitchen & lounge with doors opening onto large deck with built in braai & fire pit. Separate scullery. Fireplace in lounge 2 large bedrooms. Main bedroom king bed. 2nd bedroom 2 twins. 2 Bathrooms with showers only. Main bedroom has patio doors opening onto small balcony. House is wheel chair friendly - both bathrooms set up.
