Wow, beautiful accommodation with plenty of space for everyone. It is in a quiet neighbourhood.

There were three generations staying in this lovely cottage. Everybody had a spacious room. The cottage was very well equipped with spare pillows, blankets, kitchen appliances (incl microwave) and extra condiments, coffee of all kinds etc. I walked every morning in the area, very peaceful and lots of flowers in the gardens. Great park just 2 blocks away. 10 min walk to the main street with shops and cafes. 10 min by car to CBD and really EASY drive via HWY... It is a central location for travelling further out of Hobart. There was a collection of books and enormous collection of DVDs. We had a great time and I would stay there again.

My sister and I stayed for 4 nights in April 2025. The house down under is just perfect. So well equipped. Patrick and Indira are excellent hosts. Patrick gave excellent advice for our touring. Thank you both. I absolutely recommend staying at your house down under.

Large, solid home with 4 large bedrooms, excellent heating, well appointed kitchen and laundry. We were a party of eight and appreciated two toilets and two showers. Whilst bedrooms comfortably accommodate 8, lounge room and kitchen table does not have enough space for all guests to sit in the room….didn’t bother our party too much. Would stay here again for sure.

Andrew was a great host, his place is a great spot to explore the area. The place is comfy and we'll set out with everything I needed. the bathroom was great and the fireplace kept it cosy on the colder nights.

Christopher’s place was the perfect spot for our Easter stay. The best location with amazing ocean views. Very roomy for our group of 6. We will be back 😊

Although we were only staying one night we found our accomodation to be lovely and clean. The kitchen was spotless and contained useful supplies for breakfast in the morning. Towels and linen were of very good quality and our bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us leaving for Geelong on the ferry very early in the morning…. 9 minutes away. We enjoyed a lovely dinner a short walk from the house at Mrs Jones’ too.

This place is simply gorgeous. The pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful finishings, amazing location, everything comfy and luxe. And the light in this building! Stunning! We spent our afternoons relaxing here. Really close to cafes and bars, but quiet as well. Thanks so much for having us - would stay again in a heartbeat!

Dale's apartment was the perfect place to stay for a weekend in Launceston. The location was fantastic, surrounded by lots of great cafes, wine bars and restaurants with the entire CBD walkable in less than 15 minutes. The place itself was generous in size and very comfortable, even without heating on you could tell it was well insulated and had a lot of great storage making our stay very comfortable. The other big plus was the big lock up garage, we had a Suzuki Vitara and it fit easily, even though there was a car park near by it was nice to know we had a secure park. There was really nothing to fault, we had a great long weekend.

Very nice and well maintained place right in the hub of Launceston. We enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and spacious.

My family and I loved staying at Jo's place. Lots of space in the apartment and an amazing assortment of toys, books and craft supplies. There was a generous supply of breakfast foods and basic essentials which we really appreciated. Gorgeous view and very adorable bunnies.

Rose is a fabulous host, her apartment was exactly as the photos show, very comfortable and cosy and welcoming. A quick drive across the bridge to the CBD, and the esplanade a 1 minute walk to enjoy the beautiful bay and walking track. A gourmet IGA and Woolworths close by for supplies. We arrived late and Rose supplied milk , bread and other staples to start our holiday, and some lovely champagne to celebrate our daughter’s wedding weekend - very thoughtful.❤️ Kitchen was extremely well equipped, bed and shower fantastic. The weather was kind during our visit , but heating would be very cosy if it had been cold. Rose answered any queries very promptly. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend. Good location to town, Michelle was very helpful. Kitchen well stocked, tidy with a good fridge. Bedroom is great size, and bathroom is very nice. Worth the stay.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Andrew's property multiple times, and it never fails to exceed my expectations. The apartment is consistently immaculate, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Andrew is a fantastic host, always responsive and welcoming, ensuring a seamless check-in and being incredibly helpful. I've yet to find a place in Burnie that offers such a consistently comfortable and enjoyable experience, making it my top choice for accommodation.

Choice of restaurants were within walking distance, lovely walks by the river, great location. The unit was spacious, had everything we needed and more. We were able to relax and enjoy Launceston. Thank you so much for hosting us, we would love to return.

Loved this place! Super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The host was really friendly and quick to respond, which made everything super easy. Great location too—close to shops, restaurants, and whatever else you might need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is in an excellent location within walking distance to many main attractions. Area feels safe and the undercover parking is handy. Living area and bedrooms are very spacious. Communication from the host was very thorough and clear. Only constructive feedback would be to update the curtains in the lounge room, as another reviewer had mentioned they are very sheer and the glare in the afternoon is significant on sunny days, as well as the bright lights from the health facility across the street. Thanks again for hosting us!

Great place - centrally located - comfy beds - nice towels and sheets - front bedroom a bit noisy at night(it was Saturday!) - lovely outside space on balcony - parking was a great addition!

James was a great host with a nice clean place in the CBD. Very responsive and offered help and assistance above what you would expect from a host.
