Cabin at the No 1 The Chestnuts.

A small place to stay when travelling for work or visiting the area. Approximately 300 yards from Bentley Wood nature reserve. It’s a cosy cabin with very basic appliances/cups/bowls/dishes etc in the centre of a tiny village. There is a microwave, a 2 place countertop hob. A little fridge freezer. A bathroom with sink and shower. Towels provided I have had a couple poor reviews as there is nothing to do in the area, so ideal for a quiet stay!!! There is of course WiFi, tv, and board games.

Rural 1 bedroom studio

This unique one bedroom apartment/cabin has a style of its own; situated on a rural Oxfordshire farm, this apartment overlooks the idyllic fields and animals surrounding the farm. A small walk to the main village offers a local shop, garage and pub basic amenities. This location and surrounding areas is ideal for a country retreat, walkers/hikers, horse riders or anyone wanting some time in the Oxfordshire countryside. There are a number of walking routes, with the ridgeway less than 2 miles.

Shepherd Hut on working Smallholding.

The Shepherd Hut sits at the back of our smallholding and is surrounded by tree lined grazing land. A footpath nearby takes you one way to the village of Ashton Keynes a walkable distance to the local pub and in the other direction through the trees to some of the many lakes in the Cotswold Lakes. The Hut sleeps two and has an inside composting, toilet. There is a cooking and seating area with an outside shower. Solar panels power lighting, fridge and a phone charging point.( 12volt only)

The guest Suite is attached to the main property. There is an internal door separating the two, which is locked from both sides. Double aspect bedroom and living space with comfortable king sized bed. Private bathroom with shower cubicle. Well equipped kitchenette but no oven, with dining table, Private off road parking and property entrance. Located 6 minute drive to Newbury town and 1 minute walk to closest bus stop. 8 minute drive to Newbury Race course. 8 minute junction 13 M4.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Use of tennis court and amazing woodland walks over private farmland.
