Shoreline Retreat is your newly renovated Santa Barbara getaway, just a 6-minute walk to the beach. This breathtaking home features a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, an open floor plan, and 9-ft bifold glass doors that disappear in the living room for California indoor/outdoor living. Step outside to a private oasis complete with hot tub, fire pit and beautiful landscaping. Just minutes away from the beach, ocean and walking paths -- this is Santa Barbara beach living at its finest.

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you.
