Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

Only a short minute walk from the beautiful pedestrian avenue of Dionissiou Areopagitou and the picturesque alleys of Plaka, where you can stroll around, do your shopping and enjoy this unique area! Our new well designed apartment combines comfort and luxury living due to its spacious rooms and is ideal for groups of 4-6 persons. There are two spacious bedrooms with queen size comfortable beds, a living room with a sofa-bed (which can accommodate another two persons), a fully equipped kitchen and an ensuite bathroom with all the amenities a traveler could ask for. Clean & fresh bed-linen, towels and free-care products are all provided. The place is very convenient for the use of metro and easily accessible. • by Taxi which costs about 40-50€ We personally welcome you, remain always at your disposal and we will be glad to having you as our guests!! Known by locals as the Hill of the Muses, Athenians flock to Philopappou Hill for evening strolls and ethereal views. The surrounding neighborhood is dotted with mellow bars, cafes, and local markets within walking distance from the ancient sites.

It is placed in the central Korydallos,a few meters from the subway It will take you to the center of Athens in 10 minutes.On the 2nd floor and it is 53 sq.m big, suitable for 3 persons! Its pastel colors and its special decoration makes it a perfect place for a comfortable stay! Entering the apartment there is the living room,on the right is the kitchen and on the opposite there is a big balcony with view.
