Wonderful stay! Completely understandable as to why it's so popular! Very private and quiet location with beautiful walkable neighborhood. It was just far enough from downtown Charleston for some peace and seclusion, but also close enough to be downtown in just a 20 minute drive. Thank you so much for the delightful stay and we cannot wait for our next trip!

Lovely place to stay with young kids! Very charming apartment with everything we needed. Boys loved sleeping in the built in bunk beds and playing on the swing. We took advantage of the property as much as we could but we were out adventuring around all day so didn’t get quite as much time there as we would have liked. Very thoughtful to leave local baked goods- made the first morning super easy!

Rene Marie made the most out of a small space, it has everything we needed for our short 2 night stay. The small kitchenette came with coffee, mini fridge that had ample space, a toaster oven. Bed was comfortable. Even though it is a studio attached to the main house, we rarely heard a peep coming from anywhere. Hosts we're very responsive and replaced a malfunctioning hairdryer quickly. Thank you!

Perfect spot for a pad a few blocks from Park Circle, and 20 minutes by car to Charleston's historic area. The unit has multiple amenities, washer/dryer/stove heating elements/desk/etc efficiently placed in a three room unit attached to the house. Easy easy easy...

Stayed here with family for the weekend. The place was perfect - close to the beach and far enough away from the center of town that it was quiet. We even saw deer run across the back road into the marsh. Stratton gave us some great recommendations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Tricia’s. The place was exactly as advertised and spotless throughout. Host was a good, proactive communicator and instructions were clear and helpful. A bit challenging to locate this property at night - recommend checking-in during daylight and note landmarks for returning after dark.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The hosts provided detailed instructions, the space was clean and well kept, and the large backyard was great for our dog. The WiFi connection was a little unpredictable, but otherwise our stay was easy and relaxing. We loved being so close to both downtown and Folly Beach - super convenient location.

Sarah was a great host! She was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. It was the perfect place for us to stay as we explored Charleston for the first time.

Very nice place. Cute studio like home. Very clean and private. The host was very nice and communicated in a timely manner. Even checked in with me as soon as I booked to make sure the place was clean and tidy before I checked in. The bed was so comfy. I wanted to extend my stay by it was booked and I see why. Will definitely return!!!

Had an absolutely awesome time there lots to do around the area. The room was very clean with a lot of amenities. Amber responded quickly and was helpful.

We loved our stay at the Shem Creek suite. The location was great, lots of options for restaurants within walking distance. Short trip by car into Charleston or Sullivan's Island. this was a nice, quiet neighborhood, which allowed us to have a nice relaxing weekend. We wuld definitely stay again!

Lauren’s place was one of the best places I’ve have stayed at when coming to charleston. It is super clean and very private and it is on a great location and Lauren was very helpful and very responsive. If you’re looking for a place to stay I would recommend Lauren’s place. I really liked it!

Very peaceful, comfortable bed and convenient to other towns. We stayed there because we had a conference at the coliseum and we were so close which made it very convenient. Would stay again if in that area. Kristina was very quick to respond to messages. She's a great host!!

Very nice accommodations with everything inside the condo you could possibly need. Very clean with a beautiful location!

Jennifer’s place on James Island was a perfect lil space for a 4 day trip to Charleston. Affordable for the area and accessible with a short drive to downtown Charleston or Folly Beach.

Carey’s place is great for 1-2 travelers for a short stay. We were in town for High Water Music Festival and were able to ride our bikes around the area with ease. Great restaurants and cafes in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Lauren’s place is comfortable, inviting , and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Her response time is always fast and she is proactive to provide additional outstanding service. A consistent 5 star location.

Mary Beth was so helpful and responsive. She answered questions and was generous to allow early check in. We booked this for the minister at my daughter's wedding and he loved staying at this amazing property. Thank you

Very well located and clean place that is an easy walk to the historic downtown area. The drive to many of the other sights and restaurants we visited was easy as this place is very central and had a parking spot that easily fit our rental minivan. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen worked well despite it being a very old (historic) home.

They let us borrow beach chair and towels even though they weren’t in the description. Really friendly hosts!

Located halfway between Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, this cozy place was just what we needed. With two spacious bedrooms and a spacious bathroom, as well as a living area and kitchenette, there was plenty of room to spread out. Their yard is lovely and our son enjoyed the tree swing. One morning we even saw an owl in their yard. They have a big, nice outdoor shower also that we didn’t get a chance to use. Be aware that every time you or the residents above you need hot water, the very loud hot water heater turns on. There is not a dishwasher nor a traditional stove (there is a large toaster oven and microwave available), but plenty of good restaurants around. Our first night, we were tired from a long drive and walked to The Harley (delicious restaurant; highly recommend!) and then walked to the Harris Teeter grocery store for breakfast fixings. It was a peaceful and safe neighborhood with lots of people out walking their dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

This home and this neighborhood are truly beautiful! My wife and I started off every morning with a walk to a nearby coffee shop and then to the boardwalk at Shem Creek; we enjoyed walking the area and meeting some nice locals. Location. Location. Location…This location really is perfect for a visit to Charleston! It is an easy drive to all of the area attractions, and as I stated above, there is much to do and see within walking distance. And then there is the host…Soeren is an excellent host! He is very attentive and responsive. His suggestions for us upon arriving and explanations about the area allowed for some really sweet moments during our visit (we kayaked with dolphins!) This is truly a 5 star+ Airbnb…I will be very happy to stay here again with future travels to the area!

We were in town for a concert and the airbnb was located so close! Such a beautiful area and home. The hosts were friendly in answering any questions or concerns!
