The perfect spot to disconnect from the hustle/bustle and technology. Modern amenities include gas fireplace, A/C, washer/dryer, TV, Record Player, DVD Player. Connect with nature, snuggle up by the fireplace, read a book, play a board game or listen to some vinyl and unwind. There is NO INTERNET but there is spotty LTE/cell service.

The entertainment room is in the basement, it provides plenty of options to keep all age groups occupied. Looking to enjoy the country side, we have a beautiful backyard that has the best sunsets all year round. Enjoy some time on the deck or the fire pit, while the kids play outside in the sandbox. Lots of room for outside games.

Loon Landing Cottage was built for making lasting memories with our son, in the same area we grew up enjoying Weslemkoon Lake. This cozy modern tiny home offers 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, 1 bath, a full kitchen, laundry, and is fully stocked. Enjoy lake access, a private dock, fire pit, patio, and a newly added wood-burning sauna. Whether ATV’ing, fishing, swimming, or relaxing under the stars, it’s the perfect place to unwind and reconnect.

Rose Door Cottage

Quaint and cozy 1 bedroom cottage tucked along the southeastern shore of a small, quiet lake. Recently renovated, the cottage is the perfect romantic getaway. It's located 1 km from snowmobile/ATV trails, 15 minutes from Bancroft and 45 minutes from Algonquin Park. The cottage includes a floating dock with swim ladder, bbq, woodburning outdoor firepit, canoe, kayaks, woodburning indoor fireplace, smart tv with starlink satellite.
