We are approximately an 7 1/2 hour drive from Brisbane and 4 1/2 hours from Sydney and we are located 2 minutes off the New England Highway. It is a fully self contained, air conditioned cottage with a large bedroom, separate bathroom, lounge & fully equipped kitchen, situated in a quiet rural environment. There is a local pub which serves evening meals Tuesday to Sunday and great cafes nearby in Quirindi and Willow Ttree.

Nestled in a secluded location approximately 900m from the nearest dwelling, access is via a dirt track and a couple of gates. It is located at the base of the farm's surrounding hills it has stunning scenery, natural bushland and an abundance of Australian flora & fauna.
