Welcome to Lesmurdie-Perth Hills. 🎴 Our Guest house is located at a quiet culdesac road, 25’ from Perth City Center. Within a short walk, you´ll reach a bus stop, the local IGA, bottle shop & restaurants/take away. The unit is separate to the main house with a large bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Parking right beside the unit. The laundry facilities are outside. If you like total privacy you won’t be disturbed, but saying this we do have 2 boys (6&10) and a dog, Millie

Cozy private room with a king bed that can split into 2 single beds. Bathroom and toilet are shared between 2 rooms only. You will admire my place for the coziness and central location, only 12 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from the city. Bus stop to airport, city and Carousel Shopping centre is at 3 minutes walk. The Maniana Park is a few steps away, which is perfect for early morning jogs and evening walks. The backyard is accessible all the time for some fresh air.

We occasionally have a friend staying over for few nights as he works in FIFO. *Your room* Will be equipped with a double bed, mini fridge, TV, desk and wardrobe. * Share spaces * Living room, kitchen, dining space, bathroom and shower * Location* 10 mins drive to the airport, 15 mins to the CBD. Bus stop is 3 mins by walk, Belmont shopping centre 10 mins by walk, restaurants, cafes and more.
