WIFI, 2 big Smart TV’s w/antennas, King bed, toys/books/games, rustic cottage kitchen w/coffees/teas/snacks, mini 2nd bedroom w/bunks for kids (master closet refit), patios w/firepits/swings, pond/apiary views, & wildlife.

Working Cattle Ranch

We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches (not the N patio which guests can use). We do not charge a cleaning fee so no surprises when you see the total.

Feel free to walk the grounds and imagine what the Old Station was like in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s.

The Book Haven

This unique place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It is directly across the street from the park. A short walk or drive to the downtown activities and restaurants and other services in every direction. Also direct highway and turnpike access within a mile. The house is a traditional 1950s style home with very unique mid century and other eclectic furnishings. Every room has its own special features as well as a private library.

Parking in driveway right in front of the entry. Sit on the deck and watch the sunset and deer.
