North Side 2 story apartment on 2nd and 3rd floors. Large deck with Weber gas grill and patio table and chairs. Large deck off of master bedroom with king size bed. There are 1 1/2 baths with a washer and dryer. Both decks overlook the bay with amazing sunsets. The bay has striped bass, seals, Egrets, Great Blue Herons and many other birds. Mitsubishi heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Kayaks are available for use in the bay. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach (100 yards)

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your favorite meal or you may choose to enjoy one of the several options within walking distance. Relax after a day at the beach on the large enclosed porch or cook on your grill right outside the front door. Kayaks are right at the marina. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Generic Two Bedroom - Stair access only

Our two-bedroom units are located on the first, second or third floor in our all-stair property. All of our two-bedroom units have two bedrooms, with a varying number of beds, two bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room and patio/balcony. They have a washer and dryer too! All kitchens come equipped with standard dishes, baking and cooking supplies, as well as full size appliances! Best for larger families to spread out! Room requests are accepted but not guaranteed.
