Plus we offer 10% off the weekly rental and 20% off for monthly rental. Enjoy stunning lake views from dining, the main bedroom and outdoor patio, complete with a BBQ. A short walk to the Marina Hotel and shops, and 5 minute-drive to 90-Mile Beach. We welcome furry friends, but kindly request they remain outdoors.

Upmarket accommodation for the more discerning! King bed in lovely surrounds with luxury ensuite and private lounge room TV & heating. Guests enjoy the adjoining private dining room & open fire. Firewood is unavailable but can be purchased from any service station. Kitchen is in the rear section but not available for guests use unless requested. A 2 min walk to Lake Guthridge & Botanical Gardens. The hospital only a 5 min walk and 600 metres will get you to the CBD. Come enjoy the ambiance!
