Believe it or not, you would not know this property was right in the middle of an active city center. It was quiet, comfortable and very safe. The beds and linens were heavenly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Incredible. A perfectly located perch! Automatically feels like a home away from home and accommodated our 8-person group easily. So many great restaurants, shops, and museums within a few minutes walk. The wind was a bit forceful with the doors open so FYI to anyone who loves fresh air! Thankful to Marykate for her help, hospitality and responsiveness!

I highly recommend Siobhan's place as a beautiful space to relax and enjoy. Stunning views, all the comforts of home, and more. The well-equipped kitchen, but you are surrounded by fabulous eateries, so you will only need to use the dual oven/microwave to heat up leftovers. The bed and linen give you a quality sleep to embrace your day ahead.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Gavin and Shirley were extremely kind hosts and communication with them was excellent. The apartment is a short stroll from the Kelburn Village and a short drive into the CBD. Head down to Volco for some delicious baked goods and to the well stocked Four Square for supplies. It is warm, cosy and well appointed with a full kitchen and washer/dryer which was great for a longer stay. The wardrobe organiser in the bedroom was also a big plus. Couldn't recommend this accommodation enough.

I had a wonderful stay at John's place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. John was an exceptional host: welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind. He made check-in smooth and offered great local tips that really enhanced my trip. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend John’s place to anyone visiting the area!

This is a great place to stay. Great location, comfortable, roomy, sunny, quiet. Close to bus stop and parking out front. Beach right opposite. We would definitely recommend. Dan was friendly and helpful. Dinner at Morsa Loco, Island Bay was also a great find.

We stayed in several air bnbs for our recent trip to NZ and Niki’s house had the best feel about it - definitely our favourite. So welcoming, lovely furnishings and linen, and we all felt immediately at home when we arrived. Such a beautiful garden view from every window and local Indian restaurant on our first night was delicious! Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely place to stay and spacious. Gabbie was helpful to ask the neighbors if we could use their space to park our car with wakas on top.

Such a gem of a spot for our stop in Wellington. Well decorated, absolutely peaceful for being in the city, the hosts put together a wonderful guide which was wonderful to narrow down our decisions. Highly recommend and would stay again anytime!

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

The apartment was lovely, the location had perfect views of Wellington city and harbour with the ferries coming and going. We had great weather too, so watching the sun set was spectacular. Just a short Uber drive to get into the city for restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and Craig was super helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

Wonderul central location and such a great , spacious flat (much bigger than photos let on!) Carleen was brilliant at communicating and the place is so homely and well decorated with everything you need. Thank you Carleen!

We had a lovely stay at Blair's. It made a great base for exploring Wellington as it was close to lots of restaurants, attractions and bus stops. We loved the super comfy beds and Blair was so kind to source a PortaCot for our stay so our baby had a safe sleep space. Everything was clean and tidy. We'd stay here again if coming to Wellington!
