The OverFlo is a cozy, compact self-contained space with private access & courtyard, situated in the picturesque Kaitoke countryside. Refurbished to a high standard & attention to detail, it offers a peaceful, comfortable getaway, in a delightful private rural setting. Upper Hutt, Brewtown & the railway station are just 10min away & 20 min from the Wairarapa, the wine trail & the many cafes, restaurants & boutique shops. Wellington & all that this vibrant city has to offer is a 40 mins drive.

Welcome to the Stables

We offer a warm modern self-contained spacious one-bedroom unit, with option to hire a paddock and stable to bring your best friend away on holiday with you.... "Now you can actually have a holiday in the city with your best friend next door". Only half an hour drive to central Wellington, 15 minutes to Johnsonville. Family and fur babies friendly place, with golf course, mountain bike and bridle tracks next door, bush walks, a grass dressage arena. We can also arrange horse riding/lessons.

Stylish studio, perfect for those who need a comfortable sleep and convenience. Walking distance to the beach, bush, shops, restaurants & theatres. This space is also used as a music studio; there is music gear stacked on the opposite side of the set up seen in the photos. Please ask for more details prior to booking if this can be an issue. This is our home, not a hotel grade AirBnB. You’ll find some of our items around but 3/4 of the space is dedicated to guests. Questions welcome.

Set within 6 acres of farmland this 1977 caravan with a conservatory is a comfortable spot to get a taste of rural life, while only being 7 minutes away from the heart of Lower Hutt. As local beekeepers, we'll have honey and farm eggs from our chickens ready for you on arrival. This space is ideal for 2-4 but can work for 6 people. We’ve found it works well for families as well as adults. However, many budget savvy adult groups love it as they are happy in a smaller space.
