Centrally located and on bus route 24, stops just outside. Few minutes walk to train station. About 12-18 minutes (9km) drive into CBD or Picton Ferry Interislander terminal (7km). Supermarket about 2km away. The accommodation is a ground floor flat, owner lives in the upstairs dwelling hence please expect general noise from movement upstairs during the day. The flat has been newly and fully renovated with double glazed doors and windows. Light complementary breakfast and toiletries provided.

Willowglenn Cottage gives you the best of both worlds. Situated in a wonderful rural setting with expansive views. The two-bedroom, self -contained cottage was built in 2012 so has all the modern amenities you would expect, double glazing, warmth, new fixtures and fittings. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave and bench top cooker. There is a front-loading washing machine and an outdoor drying area. There is also a BBQ. All linen is provided.
