Our cozy townhome is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with about 1200 square feet. We replaced the sofa sleeper and hope that is comfortable for your extra guest. We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. The Mudhole Duck Club is a private hunt club with a 6500 sq. foot lodge overlooking the Missouri River bottoms, located near the towns of Orrick and Richmond, 31 miles NE of Kansas City. With 9 private rooms featuring 12 queen beds, plus two twin bunk beds with 4 full bathrooms. The Lodge can comfortably sleep up to 20 people.

2 bedroom home in Historic Civil War Town. This was my grandparent’s house, and has been in the family for almost 100 years. Much of the decor was theirs, and we haven’t updated a lot of it because of the memories it holds. If you’re ok with that, we know you will enjoy our cozy home away from home!
