My sunny, quiet home is close to the city (12 minute drive or 20 minute bus ride), it's a 3 bedroom house, which comfortably sleeps 4. Kid friendly. Ideal for a family with 2 kids. Close to zoo, Wellington Hospital & Island Bay. There are two resident cats called Dusky and Joey. They are both friendly and fine with kids, but if cats aren’t your thing this isn’t the place for you. They’ll let themselves in and out of the house but need feeding twice a day.

Outside space available for guest use too - patio in front of the studio and deck on top floor with beautiful views of the city. This studio is part of our home (we live upstairs), so as per photos , a corner of this studio includes a piano and a corner desk with some music gear. You are welcome to use it but please ask first.
