We (2 adults, 2 kids 4 and 8 years) had a brilliant week at Gerson’s place, and didn’t want to leave! The heated pool is fantastic and we loved fishing and kayaking off the dock. We had bbqs in the backyard and the indoors was spacious and clean. Around the area there was lots to do, we went to Crystal River, Honeymoon Island, Tampa Bay Rays Baseball and Tarpon Springs, and there was a lot more available. Sam’s restaurant 1km away on the seafront was brilliant at sunset, with great food and dolphins swimming by. We’d love to come back! It’s a special place.

This home was simply beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated. You could tell that Penny put a lot of thought into what would make guests feel comfy and welcomed. She seemed to have thought of everything….fire pit for adults, game room for kids and even toys for pets! Every kitchen appliance you might want was available making this truly a great place to spend some time away from home. Oh….I probably slept better than I have in a while because the beds were so comfy! Just all around a great place to stay!

Nicole and Chris were easy to communicate with and their home was extremely beautiful! Waking up and watching the sunrise around the pool was so peaceful! The house is very spacious and clean! Plenty of fun things for kids, including the pool and hot tub! We will make this trip again in the future!

We returned to Tropical Paradise because of our previous stay which was 5 star in every way. The property is landscaped to perfection and the pristine apartment makes for the perfect place to kick back and relax.

Lovely and relaxing stay, the lake is beautiful and the house is a good size, if a little on the dated side. Location is great to just decompress, but also close enough to the beautiful beaches and nightlife of Tampa. Thanks, Richard!

Anna went above and beyond for our stay and really made us feel at home. She has so many amenities including beach umbrellas, small life jackets, beach toyd, books, toys, and more. A haven for a family get away! We will be back!

Beautiful home with everything that is needed for vacation. Well decorated, and super cozy! Bed's were also very comfortable. Having the golf cart was such a fun extra for me and my girls. Our short trip was not longing enough, would book again for sure!

My family and I just returned from a great stay at the Lazy Day Cottage. We appreciated all of the wonderful amenities (inside and outside) of the cottage, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood while only a short drive from all of the top spots on our FL to-do list! La Hacienda in the Hills

What an amazing stay! La Hacienda is a beautiful retreat for a couples getaway. We celebrated our anniversary here and it was gorgeous, peaceful and perfect. Jessica and Steve were incredible hosts and even suggested a dinner location that we tried that was fantastic! We hope to return!

I was in town celebrating my 45th birthday with family, and this home was the perfect accommodation. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool the most! The home was clean, warm and inviting. Our host Leon was quickly responsive and extremely accommodating...he was able to grant us a last minute late check out, which we greatly appreciated. We'd definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Tampa.
