During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

This secluded home is set in the midst of Ogden Valley . The closest adventures can be found at Powder Mountain, Snow Basin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts and Wolf Creek Golf Course. This walkout basement apartment has many daylight windows that look out on a private wooded yard with views of beautiful mountains and the Valley. There is a large family room, a full kitchen, dining, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A private deck with a hot tub is also included with this property.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Close to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, Willard Bay and Pineview Dam. The Barn golf course is 3 minutes away and the home is located 10 minutes near downtown historic 25th street for all your centralized activities. Guests will have their own space to themselves in private mother in law basement. Golf simulator and ping pong table are also available in this private space to be used by our guests.
