The 2 unit Townhouse sits on 5.14 acres of land and was recently remodeled. One unit we rent-out; the second unit we live in with our family We are located: 20 minutes from Condord NH, 30 minutes from Manchester NH 40 minutes from Manchester airport and 10 minutes from New England college in Henniker NH. The nearby pond is 0.5 mile. away where you can canoe, kayak, and fish. The suite is located in the unit that we rent out through the Airbnb. It is newly constructed with a fresh decor.

This beautiful house is the ultimate city escape located just 90 minutes from Boston! The unique and spacious design opens up to the outside, letting you enjoy the great outdoors through a wall of windows from a cozy sunken living room. In the summer, lounge by the pool or enjoy one of two pristine lakes 10 minutes away. In winter, only 15 minutes to Pat’s Peak and 20 minutes to Crotched Ski Resort. This home also has a separate kitchenette in the studio suite above the garage with private deck, great for multi family vacations! The home has a total of 9 beds for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.
