There's a super-comfortable kingsize bed, a kitchenette, a seating/dining area and a luxury shower room. It feels like you're in the fields but there's no long walk with luggage and all mod cons eg excellent wifi. Private garden with patio, bistro set and private electric (ever ready) hot tub. Access to shared garden with BBQs and firepit.

Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, with lots of choices of where to eat & drink. Fabulous walks incl. the Downs, riverside, and nearby the sea, forest & vineyard. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny walled garden. A permit is available for parking close by.

We are at the furthest point of Seaford gateway to the famous Seven Sisters Cliff tops just 15 minute walk away
